Talking to Sally about some issues that I had over the week with my breathing due to being sick
My Tuesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. Once I had my bed made, I then began to do my back stretches. Once that was loosened up, I then preceded to do my stretches that have me helped me during my latest stroke recovery. At 5:30 I then shaved before taking my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 5:50 I had ventured into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit with yogurt, while drinking my hot cocoa. Once I had finished eating two toasted pancakes, I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking my first puff of my inhaler. At 6:30 I then took my second puff before rounding up my things to take with me to therapy. United Wheelchair had arrived in my dooryard at 7:15 a.m. I then had arrived at WestSide at 8:30. I had waited in the lobby for fifteen minutes before meeting with Priyadarshi for fourty-five minutes. It was a well needed discussion after laying home sick for a week. At 10:00 during a rehab session with Jamie, We had first played a game of battle ship. We then talked more about my phone and I took down some notes. At 11:00 during my nursing session with Sally, she had taken my blood pressure, I then spoke to her about my inhaler use. I let her know it was difficult to use while I was sick. And using my spirometer. I then sent an email to Tim my case manager for the devision of the blind. At 12:00 I then went to the lobby so so as to meet the United United Wheelchair Driver who would be taking me home. Any had me home at 1:10. Upon arrival I had put on something more comfortable before eating lunch. After doing so, I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I had slept from 1:30-4:30. Once I had taken a shower, I had eaten dinner. At 5:15 I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
