Talking to Steven about getting in touch with Tim

My Monday morning began on this April fool’s day at 5:00 a.m. by making my bed. After doing so, I then began to do the stretches that have helped me during my latest stroke. Once I had completed my back stretches, I had then cycled for twenty minutes before ending my morning routine. I then returned to my bedroom so as to shave and to take my shower. Once I was ready for the day ahead, I then put in my eye and nose drops before going into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit dipped into yogurt. I then had a toasted english muffin with jams. I had finished eating at 6:40 thus returning to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. At 6:50 I then took the first puff of my inhaler. I filled my empty pill containers for the week ahead. I then took the second puff of my inhaler before United Wheelchair arrived at my doorstep. I had arrived at WestSide at 9:15, I had made my way to the conference room for newsletter group. We had been discussing topics.  For our next newsletter with Jessica. I was then given the assignment to write articles on the history of April fools day, and Thomas Jeffersons birthday. We then came up with words for this months word search. Jessica then let us know that it is o.k. To ask Ashly and Sarah to be our friends on facebook. At 10:00 during a rehab session with Kathy we had looked on Utube at possible places to live when getting back out on my own. Kathy then asked me to present to a group of staff at WestSide on the things that I do and focus on that help keep me positive and moving forward. For example typing my blog, writing poetry, and what I now want during this time of my life as I move forward. At 11:00 I then had a fifteen minutemen case management session with Steven to discuss moving forward with Tim. At 11:20 I then went the conference room to continue with the group that I was scheduled to be in geniology group. Working on another clients history, we all linguished in the opertunity in gaining knowledge in geonology. At 11:00 I then went to the lobby so as to meet the United Wheelchair driver who would be taking me home. I had arrived home at 1:40. Once I was comfy, I had eaten my lunch before laying down to rest. I had slept from 2:00-4:46. I then took a shower before eating dinner. Once I had put some clean laundry away, I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
