Planning to make a pasta salad with Kathleen
My Monday morning began at 5:30 a,n, by doing my stoke and back stretches. After doing so, at 6:00 I then shaved and took my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. I then went into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit. I then had a bowl of cereal with a piece of toast. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom at 6:40 so as to brush my teeth. I then took the first puff of my inhaler before putting in my eye and nose drops. I then listened to my audio book for ten minutes before taking my second puff. I then grabbed my knapsack a met United Wheelchair in my driveway, so as to transport me to WestSide. Upon my arrival for 9:00 a.m. I had gone to the conference room for news letter group. Today we had gone on line to see what holidays were celebrated in the moth of of May. We then chose one to write about I will be writing about Space 2 space day may 2, May 24 first telegraph day. We then started to research. At 10 during my rehab session with Kathleen, we had gone downstairs to the kitchens so as to toast an english muffin with peanut butter. While I was eating it, I had looked up pasta salad recipe’s. At 11:00 I then returned to the conference room for Genealogy group. Today we continued to look our ancestors. Nancy had given me the steps to take when putting a picture in in place for the person. Step 1. Open Family Tree app. Step 2. Touch black and white Silhouette near name. 3. Next page touch black and white Silhouette so you can chose picture. We then continued working on putting in pictures into our family tree. At 12:00 I then went to the lobby so as to meet the United Wheelchair driver who would be taking me home. Upon my arrival home at 1:10, U gad put on something comfortable before eating my lunch. At 1:30 I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth and lay down to rest. I had slept from 1:30-4:30 before waking. I then took a shower before pulling up my blog.
