Choosing articles to write for November’s News Letter
My Monday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by eating by eating some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. After doing so, I then fixed myself a bowl of cereal with a toasted half english muffin. Once I had finished eating, I then made my bed. At 6:18 I then brushed my teeth and shaved. At 6:32 I then washed my dishes and picked up my kitchen before starting in with my stretches. At 6:35 I then began to do my stretches that I have been doing since having my last stroke. At 6:45 I then did my back stretches. At 7:00 I then took my shower and got ready for the day ahead. After doing so, I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in some air. At 7:10 I then put heat and ice on my back. At 8:00 I then grabbed my knapsack and went to the lobby. Before leaving, I had asked Mark if he could pick up my medication. Cheryl from United Wheelchair had finally arrived to take me to WestSide. Upon my arrival, I had gone to the conference room for news letter group. Today Jessica had us looking up new articles to write about for the month of November. I am to write about Epilepsy awareness month and Thanksgiving. I then sent the article that I had written to Jessica on national day of writing. Jessica also asked me to write a thank you to all of those who participated in the contest to draw a picture for the cover of my book. At 10:00 I had stayed in the conference room for seated yoga group. Today Marie had us following a couple of videos We first followed a stretching video then a video on haz fit workout. At 12:00 I then went to the lobby to meet the driver who would be taking me back to Schooner Estates. I had arrived there at 12:10 in the village green. Once I had finished eating, I then went to get my mail before returning to my apartment at 1:00. Once I had my teeth brushed, I then lied down to rest. I had slept from 1:15-3:00 before being awoken by a phone call from my doctor. He was letting me know about a test my neurologist wants me to have, but my insurance won't pay for it. At 4:50 Nurse Bonny had knocked on my door then letting herself in to deliver my medication. AT 4:50 I then took a shower before making myself a salad. At 5:40 I then sat down to eat. At 6:15 I then pulled up my blog and began to type of my day.
