Creating and account on Linkel direct during my rehab session with Chandler
My Wednesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by making my bed. I then had some fruit before fixing myself a bowl of cereal. Once I had finished eating, I then washed my dishes my dishes and picked things up. At 5:26 I then brushed my teeth and shaved, At 5:40 I then began to do the stretches that have help since having my last stroke. At 5:54 I continued stretching with my back stretches. At 6:15 I had made my way to the fitness room to continue my workout. After cycling for twenty minutes I then used the chest press. After doing three sets of twenty, at 6:40 I then used grabbed the seven pound free weights and did my weight exercises. I then stood on the incline board so as to stretch my calves. At 7:10 I had taken a shower. I then put heat and ice on my back before receiving a call from my father. At 7:37 I then put in my eye and nose drops. At 7:44 I then put my notes in the back of my notepad that I keep in my back pocket in a new notebook. At 8:00 I then went to to the lobby To wait for United Wheelchair. Upon my arrival to WestSide for 10:00 a.m. I had met with Chandler for a rehab session. Today had had helped me creat an account on kindle direct, we then saved in bookmarks and Favorites. At 11:00 I then went to Priyadarshi’s office for mindfulness and meditation group. After checking in, we then had a meditation practice. We then talked to Priyadarshi. At 12:00 I then spoke to Steven briefly for case management. At 12:15 I then met my driver in the lobby and went back to Schooner. Upon my arrival to the village green, I had eaten my dinner. After doing so, I was back in my apartment at 12:56. At 1:00 I then took my laundry to the laundry room so as to start a wash. I then brushed my teeth and lied down to rest. I had slept from 1:10-4:40. I then put my laundry in the dryer. At 4:53 I then took a shower before eating my dinner. Once my dishes were washed, I then pulled up my blog, and typed of my day.
