Shopping at the WestSide Craft Fair

My Thursday morning began at 4:30 a.m. by making my bed. At 4:55 I then ate some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. At 5:15 I then toasted myself half of an english muffin to go with my bowl of cereal. Once I had finished eating, I then brushed my teeth and shaved. At 5:42 I had washed my dishes before starting in with the stretches that have helped me In my last stroke to recovery. At 6:10 I the did my back stretches. Once I was all loosened up, I then went fitness room to continue my workout. After a twenty minute cycle, I then held a calf stretch. I then used the chest press. After three reps of twenty. I Had grabbed the seven pound dumbbells to continue my weight exercises. At 6:54 I then returned to my apartment so as to take a shower. Once I had my eye and nose drops in, I then used my inhaler. At 7:23 I then put heat and ice on my back before getting ready to go to the lobby. At 9:15 Dick from United Wheelchair had picked me up. I had arrived at Westside Neurorehab at 9:20. Today was the day of the craft fair at Westside, so I had spent the first hour from 10:00-11:00 shopping for Christmas gifts. This hour was designated for clients only, then from 11:00 on it was open to the public. At 11:00 during my recreational therapy time with Mat, I had panted the birdhouse I had made out of pop cycle sticks. I then opened up a document in google docs so as to type up directions so as to use Amazon Direct. At 12:00 I then left WestsIDE Neurorehabilitation. Upon my arrival back to schooner at 12:15 I had gone to the village green to eat. I had returned back to my apartment at 12:55. Upon doing so my Aunt had called wondering if I would like to go to Farmington tomorrow to visit my grandmother and parents. I had let her know thanks for the offer, but I could not do to my WestSide schedule starting tomorrow will be the first Friday that I have therapy. At 1:00 I had taken a shower. After doing so, I then watched net flicks while waiting to go to the Chiropractor. At 2:00 I had gone to the lobby. Schooner transportation had taken me the Chiropractor. Upon my arrival 2:30, I had sat there fro twenty minutes before getting my adjustment. Jackie had arrived to take me back to Schooner Estates at 3:26. After a couple of pick ups along the way, we finally made back at 4:10. Once I was comfortable, I then ate dinner. At 4:40 I then spoke to my parents. At 5:00 I then pulled up my blog and type of my day.
