Taking it easy on a Sunday
My Sunday morning began at 7:00 a.m. by fixing myself a bowl of cereal with a half banana, along with half toasted english muffin. Once I had finished Eating, I then brushed my teeth and shaved. At 7:22 I then washed my dishes before laying back down. I lay there until 8:10, not being able to go to sleep. Once my bed was made, I then began to do the stretches that have helped me in my stroke recovery. At 8:32 I then began to do my back stretches. At 8:50 I had made my way to the gym. Upon my arrival to the gym I had cycled for thirty minutes before stepping onto the incline board so as to stretch my calves. I then used the chest press. Once I had done three sets of twenty, I had grabbed the dumbbells so as to continue my weight exercises. I had returned to my apartment at 9:40 so as to take my shower. Once my eye and nose drops were in, I then used my inhaler. I then put heat and ice on my back. I then watched a Christmas movie on the Hal mark channel. At 10:30 I then made a few moves in words with friends before sending out an email. I then spoke to a friend who had called for a brief time before going to the village green to eat my lunch. Once I had finished eating, I had returned to my apartment at 12:50. Once my teeth were brushed, I then lied down to rest. I had slept form 12:54-3:35 before waking. Once I had taken a shower, I then put led up my blog and type of my day.
