Getting picked up by the WestSide van to go to auburn recreation

My Friday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by eating some fruit and drinking my cup of hot cocoa. After doing so, I then fixed myself a bowl of cereal with banana and a piece of toast. Once I had finished eating, At 5:33 I then brushed my teeth before starting in with my stretches that I have been doing since having my last stroke. At 5:58 I then continued to stretch by doing my back stretches. A 6;10 I then shaved before making my way to the fitness room. At 6:30 I then cycled for twenty minutes before stepping onto the incline board so as to stretch my calves. At 6:53 I then used the chest press. After three sets of twenty, I then grabbed the seven pound dumbbells and began to do my weight exercises. At 7:07 I had returned back to my apartment. Once I had taken my shower, I then continued to get ready. At 7:40 I then put heat and ice on my back. At 8:00 I then watched the movie “Let it Snow.” At 9:30 I then grabbed my knapsack and went to the lobby to wait for United Wheelchair to arrive. While waiting another alarm was set off, so I had rushed outside before having a seizure. While waiting, time was running short, so I called United. They informed me that I was not on there schedule to pick me up. So Erin and Becca had not left WestSide yet with the basketball group, so Pat let them know to pick me up on the way. Once I was in the WestSide Van, we soon arrived at Auburn Recreation. Once in the gym we began taking some practice shots before playing a game of horse. At 11:40 we had left Auburn Recreation. I was dropped off at Schooner at 1:45. Once I had eaten my lunch in the village green. I then returned to my apartment at 1:10. My aunt was there setting up my ceramic Christmas tree my mother had made. Once she had left, I then brushed my teeth, then lied down to rest. I had slept from 1:20-4:30. Once I had eaten my dinner, I then put the lights in my ceramic tree. At 5:10 I then took a shower, getting comfortable for the night, before pulling up my blog. I then called it a day.
