My Saturday morning began at 10:00 a.m. by going into the kitchen so as to drink my hot coca while eating some fruit. Then after eating a toasted bagel with peanut-butter and honey on it, I had returned too my bedroom to brush my teeth. At 10:48 I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler. Then at 10:50 I had cycled for twenty minutes before returning to my bedroom at 11:16 to shave At 11:25 I then made my bed before starting in with my stretches that have helped since my recovery since having my last stroke. At 11:50 I began to do my back stretches. Once I had finished my workout at 12:25, I had put some clean laundry away At 12:40 I then lied down to rest. I had slept until 4:06 before waking. Once I had taken a shower, I then went into the kitchen so as to snack on some cooked mushrooms before eating dinner. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom at 5:10 to blog og my day.
