Reading an article about a guy who had a stroke

My Sunday morning began at 1:00 a.m. by waking to not breathing. After taking two puffs of my rescue inhaler, I then began to take shallow breaths. Eventually my breathing became somewhat normal again. I then fell back to sleep and did so until 8:20. I then watched Sunday Mass online. begore going out into the kitchen at 8:50 to eat my fruit and drink my hot cocoa. At 9:15, I then had an egg on top of an english muffin topped with a slice of cheese. Once I had finished eating, I had returned to my bedroom at 9:40 to brush my teeth. After doing so, my father gave me a hair cut. At 10:02 I then returned to my bedroom to shave and make my bed. At 10:17 I then put some clean laundry away before sitting down to fill m empty pill containers. At 11:00 I then called the pharmacy to order a couple of scripts that I was running low on. I then went on face book to wish a couple of my friends a happy birthday aT 11:20 I then began to do my stroke stretches. I then did my easy back stretches before doing the back stretches that I had leaned during a Physical Therapy session a few years back. I then continued to do some more P.T. stretches that I had learned over the years since having my last stroke. At 12:00 I had read an article from the Sunday news paper on a guy who had a stroke from Rumford and became a fitness instructor after his recovery. I then continued to dos some more reading before brushing my teeth and laying down to rest. I had slept from 12:40-3:40 before waking. Once I had taken a shower, I then had a bowl of corn chowder for dinner before returning to my bedroom, so as to pull up my blog and type of my day.
