My Monday morning began at 10:00 a.m. by going into the kitchen so as to eat my fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. After doing so, I then had a half toasted bagel with strawberry cream cheese with a bowl of hot cereal. Once I had finished eating, I had returned to my bedroom at 10:27 to shave and wash my hair. At 10:36 I then brushed my teeth. At 10:42 I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in two puffs of air. At 10:45 I then made my bed before starting in my stretches. Once I finished doing so, I spoke to Nurse Sally. We talked about the vaccine, How I have been having a hard time breathing lately at night and day do to my asthma. Even after taking my inhalers. I had also let her know my breathing has been more shallow then usual and raspy while I talk that she could notice. We also spoke about the rash that my A.F.O. is causing on the left side of my heel. I then let her know about the pain that I have been having on the top of my right foot. We also spoke about gettin a script from Doctor Sealy about getting another script for more P.T. At 12:20 I then left for a the lot so as to go for a walk with my father. We had walked for thirty minutes, one mile, At 12:55 we then went for ride. At 2:20 we arrived home. I then lied down to rest and slept until 4:30. Once I had eaten dinner, I then took a shower at 5:15. At 5:43 I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
