Doing my typing exercises

My Sunday morning began at 2:00 a.m. by waking with pain in my shin and calf. After taking two Tylenols, I slowly went back to sleep. I had slept until 6:00, so as to take my medication and watch the news. At 6:30 I then had an egg salad sandwich with some banana. At 6:40 I then brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. After taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler, at 7:00 I then watched Sunday Mass. At 7:30 I then went back to sleep and slept until 10:50. Once I had made my bed, at 11:00 I began to do my back stretches. At 11:11 I then did my stretches that I have been doing since I had my stroke. At 11:20 I then put ice packs on my back, ankles, and shins. At 11:43 I then filled my empty pill containers. At 12:00 I then shaved before doing my constant therapy. At 12:40 I then did my typing test for the day. At 1:00 my mother arrived home from church and gave me communion. After doing so, I had finished my typing exercises. At 1:25 I then did my thera bad exercises for my arms and legs. I then had a cold drink of flavored water. At 1:35 I then use my hand grips squeezing them five time for thirty seconds each. At 1:37 I then did my back stretches one more time to end my workout. At 2:00 I then checked my e-mail for my next weeks therapy schedule. After copying down, I then took a shower, so as to get comfortable for the rest of the day. At 2:55 I had eaten a salad. At 3:27 I then ate my dinner before putting ice packs on my back, ankles, and shins. After leaving them on for ten minute's, I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
