Icing my ankle and shin

 My Saturday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by icing my shin. At 6:38 I then at 6:38 I then ate my fruit while drinking a cup of hot cocoa. At 6:52 I then had an omelet with an english muffin and some banana. Once I had finished eating, I then brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. After taking in two puffs of air, AT 7:30 I then went back to bed. I slept until 10:40 before waking. Once I had made my bed, at 11:00 I then put an ice pack on my ankle and shin on my left leg. At 11:50 I then did my back stretches. At 12:12 I then continued with the stretches that I have been doing since I had my stoke. At 12:15 I began to do my Thera band exercises for my arms and legs. At 12:20 I then used my hand grips. At 12:30 I then did my typing sessions. At 12:50 I then shaved before taking my shower, so as to get comfortable for the day. At 1:40 I then ate my salad. At 2:00 I then did my back stretches again. At 2:10 I then talked to my friend to see how he was doing in rehab. At 2:25 I then ate an early dinner. At 3:35 I then put the icepack on my right leg once again. While doing so, I did some mendelhem swallows. I soon then pulled up my blog to type of my day.
