My Monday morning began at 6:30 a.m. by eating my fruit while drinking a cup of hot cocoa. At 6:45 I then had two french toast At 7:00 I then brushed my teeth before shaving. I then washing face before putting in my eye and nose drops. After taking in two puffs of air, I then at 7:22 began to do my back stretches. At 7:55 I then did my stroke stretches before working on a word search while waiting for United Wheelchair to arrive. At 8:20 I then did my constant therapy, leading to leaving the house at 9:00. At 10:25 I had arrived at Neuro Restorative. I soon went to the conference room for writing group with Carina. At 10:15 I then had my O.T. Session with Angela. Today Angela helped set up an instagram account. She then helped write a bio to introduce myself. At 12:00 during my break, I went to the client lounge to do my typing test. At 12:30 I then went to Carinas office for my speech session. Once she had the leads attached to the areas of my throat that need strengthening to help my swallowing. She then turned on the devise. As she turned on I began to eat. As she turned it up I would jump every now and then, but I am getting use to by now. At 1:00 during painting group with Dan, I continued to paint the painting that I am working on. At 2:00 during my Recreational therapy session with Faith we continued to draw pictures to put in my book. Faith then went over the summer group and outdoor therapy's. At 3:00 I then went home. I arrived home at 4:15. Once inside my bedroom, I then took a shower, so as to get comfortable for the evening. At 4:35 I then ate my salad before eating my dinner. At 5:25 I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
