Waking from a dead sleep at 3:00 a.m.

 My Monday morning began at 3:00 a.m. with sever pain in my right leg that woke me from a dead sleep. That is the leg I ware my A.F.O. On, but my doctor said it was not the A.F.O. So I am waiting to have x-rays. I will then see a specialist. After taking two Tylenol, I then went back to sleep. After a little bit of sleep, I soon woke at 6:00 to get ready for my day. After drinking a cup of hot cocoa and eating my fruti, I then had an egg, cheese sandwich In between a toasted english muffin, along with some cold slaw and banana on the side. Once I had finished eating, I then at 6:30 brushed my teeth and shaved. Af 6:40 I had made my bed before taking my shower and getting dressed. Once I had put my eye and nose drops in, I then took in two puffs of air with my inhaler. Once I was dressed for the day, I thenbegan to do my constant therapy and typing test for the day. At 8:00 Calvin from United Wheelchair had arrived to take me to Neuro Restorative. Upon my arrival at 9:45, I went to the sewing room for reading group with Faith. Today we read a short story called "Colored Pallet." At 10:30 I then went to the gym for my P.T. Session with Dan. We began the session by going into his office to call my mother on the update about the pain that I am having in my let and if I have heard anything from my doctors office. We then went into the parallel bars and did some balance exercises. Dan wanted to take it easy on me today until we hear other wise. At 11:15 I went to the conference room for Brain Injury Education Group. Today Alicia and Abby had us watching videos about the brain and it parts and what they do. At 12:00 I then during my O.T. Session with Laurie, we spoke about safety strategies while in the shower. Even a person has a handicapped shower they still can slip and slip and fall. At 12:00 I then during my speech session with Carina ate my lunch after she had the leeds connected to my throat. She turned it on as I began to eat slowly turning up the level. At 12:30 I then went home. Upon my arrival home at 2:30, I had taken a shower, so as to get comfortable for the evening. Once I had eaten dinner, I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
