Shin splints has nothing to do with doing leg exercises using ankle weights

 My Wednesday morning began at 9:00 a.m. by eating my fruit while drinking a cup of hot cocoa. At 9:13 I then had one egg a slice of toast and some home-fries and some banana. Once I had finished eating, at 9:00 I then shaved before brushing my teeth. After doing so, I then took a shower and got dressed for the day. After putting in my eye and nose drops, I then took in two puffs of air with my inhaler, before doing my back stretches. After making my bed, I then put ice packs on my ankles,  back, and shins. At 10:30 I then did my constant therapy. At 10:45 I then left the house on United Wheelchair. Upon my arrival at 12:10 I had gone into Carinas office for my speech session at 12:30. Once Carina had me connected to the e-stem, I then began to eat. At 1:115 I then went to the gym for my P.T. Session with Dan. After walking two laps around the inside of the building, I had gone back into the gym to ride the Nu Step for ten minutes. After doing so, I then went into the parallel bars to do some balance exercises using the erix mat. At 2:06 I then joined balance group with Dan and Caran in the gym. Another P.T. SESSION! OH BOY! Half way through the group, I had to do the rest of the balance exercises sitting down. At 3:00 I then met Calven in the Lobby to take me home. Wouldn't you know it, I slept all the way. Upon my arrival home at at 4:20 I had to go straight to the chiropractor. Upon my arrival at 4:45 I was given my adjustment, I made an appointment for next week. Once I had arrived home at 6:00 I had eaten a bowl of soup before taking a shower and getting comfortable for the evening. At 6:45 I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
