Working on my typing

 I began my Saturday morning at 10:00 a. m. By making my bed. I then  my fruit while drinking a hot cup of apple cider. After doing so, I had a bowl of cereal with banana, along with a toasted slice of brown bread with peanut butter and honey. At 10:45 I had brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. After taking two puffs of air with my inhaler. At 11:00 I then did my constant therapy. At 11:20 I then put ice packs on my back and shins. At 11:50 I then did my back stretches. At 12:03 I had filled my empty pill containers. At 12:50 I began to do my thera band exercises. At 12:55 I then squeezed my hand grips three times holding it for thirty seconds each time. At 1:05 I then strapped on my ankle weights then began to do my Ankle exercises. At 1:25 I then grabbed my five pound dumbbells and began to work my upper body. At 1:27 I then ended my workout with another set of back exercises. At 1:40 I then shaved. At 1:50 I then did my constant therapy. At 2:20 I began to do my typing exercises. At 2:35 I had eaten my salad. At 2:50 I then brushed my teeth before taking a shower. At 3:25 I then ate dinner. At 3:50 I then brushed my teeth before doing some more of my typing exercises. At 4:20 I then put ice packs on my back and shins. At 4:40 i then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
