My Wednesday morning began at 7:00 a.m. by eating my fruit while drinkking a cup of hot cocoa. After doing so I then had half of english muffin with a bowl of cereal with banana. At 12:15 I then shaved before brushing my teeth. After taking a shower and get dressed for the day, I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler. At 6:50 I began to do my typing exercises before doing my constant therapy. At 8:30 I then United Wheelchair arrived to drive me to Neuro Restorative. I first met with Megan for case management. Today Megan had me signing release forms and going my plan of care and went over my goal. At 11:00 during my O.T. session with Laurie we Called my primary care to fax a list of my medications to Neuro Restorative. They did with in my O.T. session with Lauri. We then spoke about my medications making a table about my medication the name, what it is used for, and the color. At 12:00 I then went to the client lounge for my half hour break to work on my typing and constant therapy. At 12:30 I then went to Carina's office for speech therapy. Once I was connected to the e- stem I then began to eat. She slowly turned up the voltage I ate. At 1:00 I then went to the gym for my P.T. Session with Dan. After taking a couple of laps in the hall, we went back into the gym to ride the Nu Step on level three for fifteen minutes. I then went into the parallel bars to do some leg exercises. At 2:00 I then went to the lobby to meet Calvin from United Wheelchair, so that he could take me home. Upon my arrival home at I arrived home 3:48. Once I had taken my shower and was comfortable for the evening, I then ate my salad. After eating dinner, I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
