My Sunday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by eating my fruit while drinking a cup of hot cocoa. At 6:11 I then had a bowl of oat meal with a toasted english muffin. Once I had finished eating at 6:15 I then I had brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. After taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler, I then at 6:30 watched Sunday Mass on television. At 7:30 I then went back to sleep and slept until 12:00. Once I had made my bed, at 12:20 I then did my back and the stretches that I have been doing since I had my stroke. At 12:40 I had used my hand grips squeezing them five times for thirty seconds each. At 12:45 I then worked my upper body. At 12:50 I then had a bowl of chicken noodle soup. At 1:05 I then brushed my teeth before and shaved before filling my pill containers. At 2:15 I then strapped on my ankle weights and began to do my leg exercises. At 2:23 I then ended my workout with another set of back stretches. At 2:30 I then did my constant therapy. At 2:50 I then did my typing exercises. At 3:50 I then ate dinner. At 4:25 I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
