My Saturday morning began at 10:30 a.m. by drinking a hot cup of apple cider while eating my fruit. At 10:55 a.m. I then had anegg sandwich with see weed along with a banana on the side. At 11:20 I then brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. After doing so, I then took in two puffs of air with my inhaler. At 11:20 I then made my bed. At 11:30 I then shaved before doing my constant therapy. At 12:00 I then did my back stretches. At 12:13 I then filled my empty pill containers. After doing so I then called the pharmacy to order a script. At 12:40 I then did my back stretches. At 12:55 I began to do my stroke stretches. At 1:06 I then strapped on my ankle weights and began to do my leg exercises. At 1:d5 I then grabbed my dumbbells to work my upper body. At 1:20 I then grabbed my hand grips and squeezed them five time for one minute. At 1:22 I then ended my workout with another set of back sstretches. At 1:50 I then sat with my mother in the formal living room and we saw a deer in our front yard. At 3:10 I then ate my salad. At 3:45 I then ate my dinner. At 4:15 I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
