My Tuesday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by eating my fruit while drinking a cup of hot cocoa. After doing so, I then at 5:38 I had a bowl of oat meal with a toasted English muffin. Once I had finished eating, I then had some nice refreshing water melon. At 5:58 I had made my bed before brushing my teeth and shaving. After taking a shower, so as to get ready for the day ahead, I then did my back stretches. Once I had put in my eye and nose drops, I had taken in two puffs of air with my inhaler. At 6:45 I then did my typing exercies. At 7:30 I had left the house on United Whel chair to go to Neuro Restorative. Upon my arrival I did my Constant Therapy. At 9:00 I was the only client in Tech Support Group, so Faith and I worked on my book. At 10:00 I then went to the gym for my P.T. Session with Dan. We beegan the session with a walk. We the went back into the gym so that I could ride the Nu Step.. After doing so, I then went into the parallel bars to do some leg exercises. At 11;00 I then went into the craft room for painting group with Mindy. Today I continued to work on my painting already in progress. Today during O.T. Laurie began by letting me know Sam will be coming on July 15th. Laurie and I then worked on typing my medication list. At 12:30 during my speech session with Carina, she connected the e-stem to my throat. She then turned it on before I began to eat. As I was doing so, she slowly turned it up as I worked on my swallows. Once I finished eating, she had me fill out the rating chart on how I felt like my swallowing has been doing in the past three months. After brushing my teeth, I then went home. I arrived home at 2:35. After taking a shower, I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day before eating dinner. I then called it a day.
