At 6:40 I then brushed my teeth before going downstairs to ride the swin air dine for thirty minutes. At 7:20 I then took my shower. At 8:50 I began a load of laundry. since it was a small load I had put in the dryer. I then grabbed my lunch and my duffle bag and left to go to WestSide. Upon my arrivel to WestSide I had meet with Dr. Brian Ablitz for thirty minutes for counceling. At 11:00 I then went to the gym for P.T. with Dan. While doing my exercising today I had a photo shoot. Once of the rehab technicians Jen came in with her camera to take pictures of me for the News artical GoodWill is doing on me to be put in the newspaper to promote GoodWill. Dan first took my blood pressure 108 over 74. I then stood in the parallel bars on an arex quishon reaching for cones, so as to work on my balance. I then walked on the tredmill for two minutes before Dan had me rest. He then took my blood pressure. 110 over 76. Dan and I then went into a treatment room to answere questions for this presenation I will be doing with the Brain Injury Education Group. A group I use to be in before I had my stroke while attending WestSide. I then went to the kitchen to eat my lunch before leaving to go home. I had arrived home at 3:00 thus taking a shower. Once I had done so my mother had taken me to see Dr. Daniel Doornbos a polmonologist to see if I had pulmonary disease. During the appointment I had the usual done blood pressure, temperature, then some speech related things trying to figure what I have sleep apnia, vocal cod disfunction. He then gave me some exercises to do concerning my breathing. After my appointment we then went home. We arrived home at 5:00. I then took my shower, ate dinner, then sat down to blog.
