Hamburger soup, mmm!
I began my Sunday morning at 8:00 a.m. by going out into the kitchen to eat some hot cereal and a toasted muffin for breakfast. Once I had finished, I brushed my teeth before going down to ride the swin air dine for thirty minutes. At 9:00 I then made my way back up to my bedroom. I then began to do my weight exercises, both arm and leg. I then stretched. Once I had finished my workout, I took my shower before leaving with my mother at 10:00 to go to the Pierce House to pick up my grandmother to go to church. Once at church I had helped my grandmother in. I'm still walking with my cane, but I am strong enough otherwise to give my grandmother support. After church we brought my grandmother home before going to the grocery store downtown to pick up some things. At 11:50 my mother and I arrived home. Once Inside I then put on some comfortable lounging clothing before going out into the kitchen to eat lunch. I had a piece of pizza, an ear of corn, and a tomato slice before going to my bedroom to lay down at 12:15. I had slept until 2:50 before getting up. I then went on face book to play words with friends until 4:30. I then went to the kitchen to eat dinner. My mother had made a hamburger soup. what better time to have soup on a cold day. Once I had finished eating, I then went to take my shower to get comfortable for the night. What, no exercise. Oh well, I do feel guilty as though if I don't do it twice a day I will not recover as quickly as I would like to, but I think I am at the point, where once per day as well as I do is good enough at times. I think I am over the hump. It is just making my way back down to perfection is a killer.
