That was quite the snooze

I began my Tuesday morning at 4:30 a.m. by getting up to stretch and to do my weight exercises for an hour. At 5:30 I then went out into the kitchen to eat a toasted bisquet and a bowl of cherios for breakfast. At 6:00 I then went downstairs to ride the swin air dine for thirty minutes. At 6:30 I then went to my bedroom to get ready for my day ahead. I then grabbed my lunch and my duffle bag, as United had arrived at 7:30. We then went to pick Donald up, before going to Lewiston. Upon our arrivel to WestSide Donald and I went into the conference room along with David for Yoga Group. Once in the conference room Michelle and Carol first had us say Sa Ta Na Ma as we touched each finger with our thumb. We then did some neck rolls. to end the group we did the yoga stretch called a half moon. At 10:00 I then went to my last Finding Meaning Group with Jennifer. Because of low client turn out at this time. Next week I will be going into Stretchin and Strengthening group. At 11:00 I then went to the kitchen to access my Ipad during my break. At 11:30 I had met with the Sally the Nurse. We had talked about my appointment to the Pulmonologist Dr. Daniel Doornbos. My breathing problem seems to be more frequent when at WestSide/ and or when I am out and busy. My problem is not being able to breath the air in, it is not being able to get the air out. At 12:00 I then went to the kitchen to eat my lunch . I sat with Kay, Tina, Andy, Donald, Dan, Mike, and Greg. Once I had finished eating I then made my way into the gym. Being on the same level it was just a hop skip and a jump to the gym. At 1:00 During P.T. Dan first took my blood pressure; 102 over 78. Dan then had me walking on the tredmill. I had walked 15.05 minutes, 2.8 mph, and .699 miles. Tomorrow I will be bringing my new sneakers in to leave with Dan which I have had before my stroke, but need to be stretched in order to fit with my afo on. Dan then had me side stepping as though stepping over a six inch box each time I took a step. At 3:00 United Wheelchair took Donald and I home. I had worked so hard today during P.T. and before going to WestSide I had slept all the way home. Once inside I took my shower then I sat down to blog, before eating a nice plate of spaghetti.
