Doing a sun breath or two

I began my first day of April at 6:00 a.m. by doing doing by weight exercises with my arms then legs. Once I had done so, I then did my stretching. Which is always a good thing to do. Once I had finished with my workout, I then took my shower thus getting ready for the day. once I was completly ready workout clothing on and sneakers, I then went out into the kitchen to eat my breakfast at 7:00. Once I had finished eating, I brushed my teeth before grabbing my things and wait by the door to wait. United Wheelchair had arrived shortly after. Upon my arrivel to Westside, I went to the kitchen to put my lunch in the refrigerator and my coat in my locker. I then went to the gym for p.t. My phylical theropists dog was giving birth today, so Jen Mcmaster, a rehab tech filled in. I first had walked on the treadmill for 31.37 minutes at a pace of 3.1 mph. After walking 1.596 miles, I then went into the parallel bars to do leg exercises. I then went to the lobby to wait for my next theropy. Deb soon came to the lobby to get me, and other clients that were in the laughter theropy group. During Laughter Theropy: Allissa, Paul, Michelle, and I Listened to laughter video on line. We even cracked a few chuckles while doing so. I then went to the kitchen to eat my lunch with other clients. At 12:30 I then went to the lobby to wait for Carina to come Get me for speech. Soon as she did, we went down to the gym. While in the gym, Carina had me walking on the treadmill inhailing through my nose and exhailing through my mouth for twenty minutes. every three minutes she would have me put my tongue on the roof of my mouth. Once I was finished walking, we then did some sun breaths. At 1:00 United took me home. I had arrived home at 2:00 thus going strait to bed. I had slept until 4:40. I then took my shower. Once I had done so, I then went to the kitchen to eat my dinner. At 5:45 I was back at my computer to type my daily blog, before sitting down to watch a dvd with my father.
