Yoga took my energy for the day
My Tuesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by getting up to do a little stretching. At 5:30 I then took my shower Thus drinking my cocoa while getting ready. At 6:00 I then went out into the kitchen to eat a banana and peanut butter sandwich, along with some fruit. At 6:30 I then returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth. After I had cleaned my bathroom. My father then brought my lunch and my knapsack to the door. I then waited for United. I had arrived at Westside for 9:00 a.m. I then brought my lunch to the kitchen to put in the refrigerator. I then went to the conference room for Yoga group with Michelle and Carol. Matt, David, Donald, and I did some Yoga poses from watching a video. At 10:00 Dan told me to go outside and wait because he was going to have a fire drill. My friend Greg and I have to go out early during the fire drills to our seizures. After the fire drill I went back inside and sat in the lobby to rest. Yoga group kind tired me out. At 11:15 I then had my case management session with Piper. We talked about my stay in the hospital and how am doing with my seizures. At 11:30 I then had my nursing session with Sally. We discussed and went over the new medications the doctor has me on for my seizures. We then called the pharmacy. At 12:00 I then went to the kitchen to eat my lunch. At 12:30 I made my way back up to the lobby to wait for Deb. During my support session with Deb, We talked about things. At 1:00 United then took me home. I had arrived home at 2:15. I had gone straight to bed. I had slept until 4:30. I then got up and went into the kitchen to eat dinner with my parents. I then went to my bedroom to blog.
