Using my long term memory during P.T.

I began my Monday morning at 6:00 a.m. by doing my weight exercises, both leg and arm. I then did my stretching before jumping into the shower and getting ready for the day. I then made my way to the kitchen at 7:00. My father had made me and omelet for breakfast. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bathroom to brush my teeth. At 7:45 John from United Wheelchair had arrived to take me to Westside. I had arrived at 9:00 a.m. an hour early. So I had met with the nurse Sally for thirty minutes. I had told Sally about the seizure I had Saturday. She then called my mother. After doing so she then e-mailed all the staff at Westside to let them know. At 9:30 I went back to the lobby to wait for 10:00 a.m. for my P.T. session with Dan. I then made my way down to the gym. Dan first spoke to Dr. Ablitz. Dan then asked me where the cones were hid last week. The color of the cone and its location. I was able to get every right. Dan then did a color path finding exercise with me. Dan had left the gym at 10:40 and as he was gone, the nurse Sally had popped in to check on me. I then made my way to the conference room for laughter therapy. Mat, Paul, Michelle, Alissa, and I watched a dvd with Deb and Florina. It was of Gary and Filbert in West Gardner. At 12:00 I had made my way to the Dining area to eat my lunch. At 12:30 I had made my way back to the lobby. to wait for Carina. I then went with Carina for my speech session. Today we played Uno. She had me practice my breathing while doing so. At 1:45 United took me home. I had arrived home at 3:00 and went straight to bed. I had slept until 5:10 before getting up to take a shower. I then went to the kitchen to eat my dinner, before sitting down to watch a dvd with my father. I then did my blog at 8:00, before calling it a day.
