Getting through the day at a slow pace

I began my Thursday morning at 9:30 a.m. by going out into the kitchen to eat a bowl of cereal and a toasted pistachio muffin for breakfast. Once I had finished eating, I then went to my bathroom to brush my teeth and get ready for the day. At 10:30 I then did my leg and arm exercises. I then filled the mug I was given while in the hospital with ice. While I was stretching, I had a funny feeling, as though I had already had a seizure. I really can't wait until there is a solution to this problem I am having. At 11:45 I then did my breathing exercises. I then sat down to watch the news. At 12:30 I then lied down to rest. I had slept until 2:30 before getting up. I then went out into the kitchen to eat my dinner. At 3:15 I then took my shower before sitting down to blog.
