My last Dr. visit with Dr. Kulandaivel
I began my Wednesday morning at 7:30 a.m. by going out into the kitchen to eat two muffins toasted, cocoa, and a glass of orange juice. Once I had finished eating I had shaved before stretching. At 8:00 I then brushed my teeth before taking my shower. I then continued to get ready to go to my doctors appointment. At 9:30 I then put my laundry away. At 10:00 my mother and I went down to the Pierce House to pick my Grandmother up before leaving for Bangor. At 12:00 we had arrived in Bangor, Maine. Our first stop was at the Olive Garden for lunch. My treat. Once we had finished eating we then made our way over to Dr. Kulandaivel's Office for my Neurological appointment. While meeting with the doctor, he was letting us know he is moving Pennsylvania to be closer to his family. He said he would help me look for a new Doctor before leaving. I have to call Dr. K. in two weeks to start getting shots in the back of my head with medication like Novocain to help with my headache so as to get off the medication. He was conversing with my mother, My P.C.P Dr. Auger, and Sally the Nurse from Westside all the same day and he commented on what a great support system I have and how so many people care about Troy, To be of such great help to him. He commented on how he had hoped my mother and I would take what he had said as a joke. We replied we have a sense of humor. He also said it is o.k. to beef up my Westside schedule to the way it was with three days per week, doing P.T. ect. Dr. Kulandaivel is taken me off all amitriptyline medication, which has been the cause of my seizure activity he thinks 99%. The reason being all of the test I had while in the hospital last week all came back negative, showing no seizure activity. We then left for home. At 5:00 on our way through downtown Farmington we had dropped gram off at the Pierce house. Once we had arrived home I had taken all of the amitriptyline pills out of my pill cases. I then blog before eating my dinner.
