Christma Eve
i began my Christmas Eve morning at 5:00 a.m. by getting up to stretch and weight exercises. i then took my shower and got ready before eating a bowl of hot cereal. i then grabbed my things and off i went to rehab. upon my arrivel at 9:00 a.m. i had yoga group with Michelle. Dondald and i followed a workout. Gentle floor yoga. At 10:00 At 11:00 i then went to the gym for my p.t. session with Amanda. Amanda first had me walking on the treadmill. i first did a five minute warm up on the treadmill on 4.3. i then walked for thirty minutes going 1.242 miles. i then did wall squats., holding each one for a minutes. After three sets of ten, united then took me home. i arrived home at 1:00 and ate my lunch. After doing so, i then gathered my winter clothing to use for a special event at Westside on Thursday. i then lied down to rest from 1:30-4:00. i the had odderves with my family before going to my cousins to visit. We were then back home home at 7:00
