lost power

i began my Monday morning at 5:00 a.m. by getting up to stretch and to do my weight exercises. After my hours woukout, i then took my shower thus getting ready for the day ahead. After doing so, i then went out into the kitchen to drink my hot cocoa and eat a pear. i then had a cup of hot cereal and english muffin. i the brushed my teeth, grabbed During my I Pad session with Deb, I continued to learn how to cut ad pasted bringing my daily notes over to my blog. I then went home at 4:00. Upon my arrival home I had my dinner and soon then called it a day.my things, united wheelchair then took my to Westside. Today i worked on breathing while doing tai chi exercises.My breathing is getting better it is just taking a little practice. remembering to breath is key. At 11:00 i then went to Laughter group. At 12:00 i then went to the kitchen to eat my lunch with others. at 12:45 we had lost power in the bulding do to a down power line near by. Luchily my ride was there waiting to take Donald and i home. The two p.t. Amanda and Lydia came up to me to see if i was o.k. given what vision i had, they were just making sure. i had arrived home at 2:00 p.m. Once inside i had gone straight to bed. i had slept until 4:30 before getting up to take a shower. i then went out inot the kitchen to have dinner. Once  i had eaten i went to my i pad to blog.
