NEW YEARS EVE
i began my Tuesday morning at 5:00 a.m. by getting up to do my weight exercises. After doing so i then stretched. At 6:00 i then took my shower thus getting myself ready before goin ou into the kitchen to drink my hot cocoa and eat some fruit with fruit dip. After doing i then had a cup of hot cereal with a piece of toasted cinnamin bread. i then returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth. i then grabbed my things and out the door i went. united then took me to westside. upon my arrival i went straight to the conference room for yoga group. Don, Jes, and i first did cat cow, thus working on balance. i also worked on my breathing. We then ended the group with relaxation with Michelle and Carol. At 10:00 i then went to the gym for my P.T. session Amanda. i first walked on the treadmill for thirty minutes. With a 4.5 incline for 27 minutes at 2.6 miles per hour. Then at 3 minutes 2.3 miles per hour . over all distance 1.279 miles. At 11:00 i had a fifteen minute break before meating with Piper my case manager fore fifteen minutes. We spoke about the New Year's Eve plans and my hours being changed once i start skiing with on Fridays. That is right i said skiing. DOWN HiLL. At 11:30 i then meeat with sally for my nursing session. she first took my blood pressure 114 over 68. We then spoke of any pain i have been keeping track of. we then spoke about my follow up appointment with my neurologist. At noon i then ate my lunch before meeting with susan kramer. During our time we worked on my i pad. i then went home at 1:00. i had arrived home at 2:30, thus going straight to bed. i had slept until 5:00 before getting up. i had taken a shower before going out into the kitche to have some bagel chips and some cream soda. i then had some hamburger soup with my parents, i then went to my bedroom to watch the movie Wonderful Time of year. i then blog . Hoping i can make until 12:00 midnight. Will see.
