fire drill

i began my Tuesday morning at 5:00 a.m. by doing my weight exercises ad stretching. i then preceded to take my shower and get ready for the day before going out into the kitchen to have cup of hot cereal and toasted english muffin. i first enjoyed my hot cocoa and   some fruit. Once  i had finished eating i then brushed my teeth before grabbing my things and heading out the door. i had arrived to Westside
During yoga jes join group with mat don and I with carol and Michelle. Do poses

At 10:00 during my p t session with Amanda i first. Walk thirty minutes on treadmill at incline of three I then did my skiing with ski boots on.right left up ect. Endurance

Talked about dr. appt.
