working on balance and breathing during Tai Chi

I began my Monday morning at 5:30 a.m. by getting up to stretch. I then preceded to do my weight exercises. At 6:00 I then took my shower before going out to the kitchen to eat my breakfast. Once I had finished I had brushed my teeth before grabbing my things, I then sat to wait for my ride. The weather was a little snowy, so my ride arrived a little late. We then had to pick up Donald. We did not arrive to WestSide until 9:45. I had missed my P.T. Session with Lydia. I immediatly went down to the gym to let her know I was there. She then let me know that she would meet me in the conference room for Tai Chi. Since I had missed my P.T. session with Lydia, she was then able to spend her time in Tai Chi group with me. So I spent the hour working on balance and breathing as Lydia assisted me, whether it be with balance or remining me to breath. For some reason theses days I for get to breath when doing something physical. At 11:00 I then made my way to the conference room for laughter therapy. We first spoke about what laughter doe for you, to inform the new client Carna what the group was about. Mat, Paul, Alisa, Don, and I then named the benefets of laughter, with Deb and Flourina. We then watched a video of laughter with Robert Rivers. We then stated one possitive thing followed by a yeh. At 12:00 I then went to thekichen to eat my lunch with others before going home with Donald on United Wheelchair. I had arrived home at 2:00 p.m. Upon doing so, I had gone straight to bed. I had slept til 4:15. I then went out into the kitchen to eat dinner. After doing so, I had gone to my I Pad to blog.
