Making a collage during Expressive Arts

I began my Tuesday morning at 5:30 a.m. by getting up to stretch. After doing so I had worked my upper body and then lower body wth weights. After my workout, I then preceded to get ready for the day ahead. After taking my shower, I had ventured out into the kitchen to eat some muffins for breakfast, toasted. Once I had finished eating, I had returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth. I then grabbed my knapsack and lunch, United then brought me WestSide. Upon my arrival for 9:00 a.m. I had put my things into my locker before going to the conference room for Yoga group. Today Michelle and Matt. had us following workouts off line. As we worked on our balance and breathing to the beat of a drum. Why I say that, during one of the workouts we had followed today, they had a drum beating. At 10:00 I had made my way to the gym for my P.T. session with John. John first had me sitting on a T-Stool. I was working on my balance as I raised my right leg and raised left arm and then raising left arm and right arm. I did so quickly so as to get my brain working so as to help with my skiing. He also had me stand up against the wall lifting opposite leg and arm. To end the session we then played a game of cribbage while standing. At 11:00 during expressive arts group we continued to cut colors out of magazines so as to make a colage on paper. I had drawn an apple and began to paste red papers onto the drawing. At 12:00 I had taken a shower before going into the lunch room to eat. At 1:00 I had then left for home. I had arrived home at 2:30. Upon doing so, I had put on something more comfortable before laying down to rest. I had slept until 5:00 before getting up to eat dinner. I then sat down to blog before calling it a day.
