Making a Mosaic during expressive arts

My Tuesday morning began on this day at 5:30 a.m. by getting up to work out. I first did my upper weight exercises. Once I had finished stretching, I had then strapped on my ankle weights and began to work my legs, doing leg raises laying and standing. At 6:09 I then had taken my shower Thus getting ready to go to therapy. Once I was ready, I had grabbed my lunch and knapsack and out the door I went. Upon my arrival to WestSide for 9:00 a.m. I had put my lunch and things in my locker before going to the conference room for yoga group. Today Matt and Michelle had us following a yoga workout on line. During the yoga workout the instructor spoke  spoke about Mindfullness, Meditation, and awareness of your body. At 10:00 I had my P.T. session with Alex. Today we focussed on balance. In doing so I had stood on a erix pad in the parallel bars while Alex stood on a boso ball while we played kings cribbage. In doing so one foot was placed in front of the other. At 11:00 I had gone to the art room for Expressive Arts Group. Today Michelle and Casey had us looking through magazines to cut out pages of the same color, so as to make a Mozaic next week. I was cutting out shades of red. At 12:00 I then went to the dining area to eat my lunch. After doing so, I had taken a shower before going home. I was so tired, I had slept all the way home. and once I was in the door, of which I had to crawl through, I had gone straight to my bedroom, slipt into something more comfortable and slept from 2:10-4:30. Once I was up, I had gone out into the kitchen to eat dinner, before returning to my bedroom to blog.
