working on my balance using the wii
My Friday morning began at 8:00 a.m. by going out into the kitchen to drink my hot cocoa while eating my plate of fruit with fruit dip. After doing so, I then preceded to toast a pumpkin muffin to eat with my bowl of cereal. Once I had finished with my breakfast, I had returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth and shave. At 8:30 I then began my morning workout by doing my upper weight exercises. At 8:40 I then began to stretch. At 9:00 I then strapped on my ankle weights and started in with my leg exercises. At 9:15 I then put my laundry away. After doing so I had made my move in word trick before taking my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 9:45 I then went to the laundry to start a load of laudry. After doing so, I then swept the garage. At 10:30 I had returned to the kitchen to make myself a sandwich. I then sat down to eat my lunch. At 11:00 I had hung the laundry to dry before giving my grandmother a call. At 11:30 United had arrived to bring me to WestSide. I had arrived at 12:45, just enough time to put my sneakers on and put my things in my locker. I then went to the conference room with mat. While in there we used the wii so as to work on my balance while standing on an erix pad. We first did bowling. As I put one leg on and one leg on the floor I made the motion so as to bowl. After three strings, Mat and I switched it up, we then played tennis. As I swung to hit the ball, made it difficlut. At 3:00 Sherrill then brought me home. I had arrived home at 4:14. Upon doing so, I had taken a shower before sitting down to blog. I then went to eat dinner.
