A day of editing my book
My Monday morning began at 5:30 a.m. By getting out of bed so as to stretch. After doing so I then worked my upper body before strapping on my ankle weights so as to work my legs. At 6:00 I had shaved before taking my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 6:30 I then went into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit. After doing so, I then had a piece of toast to go along with my bowl of how cereal. At 6:40 I then brushed my teeth, I then grabbed my things and out the door I went. I had arrived to WestSide at 9:45, just enough time to put my things into my locker. I then met Danielle in the gym for my p.t. Session. She first had me ten minutes on the Nu Step. I then took a break before going on the treadmill. I had ran four times. Fifty seconds, fifty seconds, sixty seconds, then and fifty seconds. I then took a brief break before running two more times. Fourty-five seconds then fifty-five seconds. Once I was finished running I then did some stretching. At 11:00 during a rehab session with Sarah we worked on editing my book. At 12:00 I then went to the dining area so as to eat my lunch. At 12:30 I then met with Brenda for my nursing session. I had showed her my new headache medication. She then took my blood pressure. 112 over 80. At 1:00 I then looked into publishing my book with Kasandra. We had made some great progress. At 2:00 I then continued to edit my book with Sarah. At 3:00 I then took a shower before pulling up my blog, at 4:00 I then left for home.
