Having a FIRE DRILL while in therapy

My Wednesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. By getting out of bed so as to stretch. Ate 5:30 I then preceded with my weight workout, First my upper body then my legs. Once I had completed my workout, I then shaved before taking my shower. Once I was ready for the day ahead, I had gone out into the kitchen so as to eat my fruit and drink my cocoa. After doing so, I then had a bowl of cereal with a piece of toas. At 7:00 I had brushed my teeth before leaving for therapy. Upon my arrival at 8:45 I had put my things into my locker before going to the gym for my P.T. Session with Danielle. She first had me on the Nu Step warming up for ten minutes before running on the treadmill. I had run three time ten five minute with rest breaks in between. I then stretched before calling it a session. At 10:15 I had met with Michelle. During a rehab session we continued to work on my speech, "The Art of Rehab". Michelle then gave me a copy so as to practice reading at home. At 10:45 Dan had grabbed me and three other clients are susseptible to having seizures to bring us outside before having a fire drill. Precautions that are taken so that we don't have a seizure. I heard Dan exclaime, Wher's Troy? I then new what was going on. While outside three fire trucks arrived. While standing outside, Pat exclaimed, "Where's Troy?' So as to give me a chair to sit in. At 11:25 we all went back inside. I then went into the conference room to finish up what was left of the Brain Injury Education group. We spoke about the quiz then an upcoming presentation. At 12:00 I then went to the dining area so as to eat my lunch. I then took a shower before going to support group. "STAY POSSITIVE!" Then we all went around trying to remember each other's name. We then shared things that frustrated us. At 2:00 I had to wait for another client to ride home, so I had gone to the conference room so as to type my blog.
