Talking about blogging, poetry, and how it aids in the memory at the annual Brain Injury conference

My Tuesday morning began 5:00 by getting out of bed so as to take a shower. I then went out into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. I then had a bowl of hot cereal with a piece of toast. I then brushed my teeth and continued to get ready. United was in my driveway so as to pick me up at 6:45. I had arrived at WestSide at 7:45. While I was sitting in the lobby waiting my P.T. walked by saying, "Troy you look very nice." At 8:34 Tobie and I left for the Brain Injury Conference. Upon arrival we checked in then listened to Carol Star, "You Can Get There From Here." Then we listened to a T.B.I. survivor speak who ran the Beach to Becon 10k after having a stroke. "Now I want to do That." She began by running ten minutes and walking ten minutes, training. At 10:45 my next presenter was "Brain Injury is not the Boss of Me." They talked about discovering who you are, look at anniversary date of injury, we have bond. At 12:00 we then had lunch. At 12:45 I then went to a room they had set aside just for people to go into to rest. I did so until 3:15. I then went back to the conference so as to give my speech with Tobie on the Art of Rehab. Included in my presentation was my story, two poems I had written while in the hospital, and information on blogging. At 5:00 Tobie and I left for home. We had arrived at WestSide at 5:45. United then took me home. I had arrived home at 6:55. After a bowl of soup, I had pulled up my blog and began to type of my day.
