Working on my balance in the parallel bars during my p.t. Session with Dan
My Wednesday morning began at 5:30 a.m. By getting out of bed so as to stretch. After doing so, I then grabbed my weight so as to work my upper body. At 5:55 I then shaved and took my shower. Once I was ready, I had gone out into the kitchen at 6:30 so as to eat some fruit while drinking my hot cocao. I then had a piece of toast and a bowl of cereal. Once I had finished eating I had returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then gather my things and out the door I went. I had arrived to WestSide at 9:00 a.m. Once I had my things in my locker. I was making my way into the gym from the kitchen and an office worker had crossed my path. She spoke out as I was ominous out of the kitchen "The jogger, no the "RUNNER". I"m not getting in your way." I had made my way into the gym for my P.T. Session witch Dan. He had first had me on the treadmill walking at a 2.8 miles per hour pace. After fifteen minutes Dan then had me in the parallel bars doing balance exercises on the Erix pad. Dan then had me tapping cones as I would shift my weight from leg to leg. Doing so , I was not holding on to the bars. At 10:00 I had typed out a poem during a rehab session with Pryadashi. I then emailed it to Tobie. At 11:00 during Brain Injury Educatiioin group we played apples to apples with Laura because Michelle was not there. At 12:00 I then had eaten my lunch before taking a shower. I then went to the conference room for support group. Once we had finished sharing with Leor and Brenda I then stayed in the conference room to type my blog entree for the day before going home.
