Working on my balance during my p.t. Session with Dan
My Wednesday morning began at 5:30 a.m. By getting out of bed so as to stretch. After doing so, I then preceded to work my upper body using my weights. Once I had completed my workout, I had shaved and showered. At 6:30 I had gone out into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. I then had a piece of toast with a bowl of cereal. At 7:15 I then went back to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then gathered my nap sack and lunch and out the door I went. United wheelchair had me at WestSides doors try for 9:00 a.m. I then had put my things into my locker As I was coming out of the kitchen I had I had come head on with an office worker at WestSide. She had looked at me and said, "The jogger, No the RUNNER! I'm not getting in your way!" I then made my way into the gym for my p.t. Session with Dan. Dan first had me on the treadmill for ten minutes. He then had me in the parallel bars so as to work on my balance. As I was standing on a piece of foam, Dan had me tapping cones, holding on ever so lightly to the rails eventually letting go. I then had a rehab session with Pryadashi. Today I had typed up a poem so as to email to Tobie, so that she could add it to our presentation on the art of rehab. At 11:00 I had gone to the conference room for Brain Injury Education. Today neither of the two normal therapist were there, so Luara had us playing apples to apples. At 12:00 I had gone downstairs to the dining area so as to eat lunch. After doing so, I had taken a shower. At 1:00 I then went back to the conference room for support group. Once we had finished sharing, I had gone to the lobby to wait until 3:00 so as to go home. I had arrived home at 3:00 Thus going to my bedroom to pack a few things before leaving for camp with my mother. We had arrived there at 5:00 p.m. Once my things were inside my camp I had pulled up my blog and began to type.
