All Records shattered
My Wednesday morning began at at 5:00 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to stretch. After doing so, I then preceded to do my weight exercises. Once my workout was complete, I then shaved and had taken my shower thus getting ready for the day ahead. Once I was ready, I had gone into the kitchen so as to have some fruit with my hot cocoa, I then had a bowl of cereal with a piece of toast. At 7:00 I then called the pharmacy so as to order my medication. After doing so, I had grabbed my lunch and my knapsack. Pete was outside waiting to take my to WestSide. I had arrived at 8:30. Once inside I had put my things into my locker before before making my way to the gym. Danielle first had me ten minutes on the nu step. I then went over to the treadmill to do some running. I had ran three times shattering all my records in time and with my breathing. First time I ran 1:20 Second time 1:15 and third time 1:30. It was the best feeling I had ever had since starting my therapy at west side. Danielle even commented after I was finished, "So Proud!" 4:05 total. Wow breaking all my records! At 10:00 Michelle and I went on the AARP website and worked on the program "Staying Sharp" It worked on my memory as I tried to remember words read to me. At 11:00 I then went to the conference room for Brain Injury Education Group. Today we played Buzz Word with Michelle and Laura. At 12:00 I had gone to the dining area to eat my lunch. I then had taken a shower before finishing Christmas tree ornaments in artsy artisans group. At 2:00 I then met with Kasandra so as to continue working on my book. Yah she's back on my schedule. I guess it pays to speek up. At 3:00 I then worked on making a mantel with Holiday Decorating group so as to place in the lobby. Brenda and Michelle then had us making a chimney. At 4:00 Pete then brought me home. I had arrived home at 5:10; Once I was comfy I had a bowl of soup before pulling up my blog.
