Stretching my back for the first time
My Friday morning began at 9:20 a.m. by going out into the kitchen so as to drink my hot cocoa while eating some fruit with fruit dip. Once I had finished doing so, I then fixed myself a bowl of cereal with a piece of toast. Once I was done eating, I had spoken to my grandmother who had called. At 10:10 I then brushed my teeth and shaved, as I was doing so a friend had called to talk. At 10:27 I had made my bed. Once it was made, I then began to stretch, thus adding some new stretches to my routine. Back stretches that the chiropractor had given me I now have to do twice a day. At 11:06 I then began to work my upper body with my weights. Once I was done, I then strapped on my ankle weights and began to work my legs. At 11:47 my mother had arrived home from work. I then brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 12:15-3:45 before getting up. Once I was up, I then preceded to do my back stretch's for the second time today. I then took my shower before pulling up my blog.
