Making cookies with Sally
My Monday morning began at 5:00 a.m. By getting out of bed so as to stretch. After doing so, I then preceded to work my upper body. I then strapped on my ankle weights so as to work my legs. At 5:50 I had taken a shower thus getting ready for the rest of my day. I then went into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit with my hot cocoa. Once I had eaten a bowl of hot cereal with a piece of toast, I had brushed my teeth. I then cleaned my bathroom before putting some clean laundry away. I then grabbed my things and out the door I went. Pete had me at the doorstep of WestSide at 9:45 a.m. I had put my things into my locker before making my way to the gym for my p.t. Session with Daniel. I first road the Nu Step for ten minutes before making my way over to the treadmill. I had done three intervals of one minutes running. I then took a good break before doing two more intervals of one minute and ten seconds each. At 11:00 I had gone to the nurses station to meet with Sally. We first spoke about my back then I showed her a slip from Dr. Salvatelli about me being able to go skiing. Sally and I then made cookies using pretzels. At 12:00 I then had lunch before taking a shower. At 1:00 I then worked on editing my book with Piper. At 2:00 during cog skills group we answered questions from cards. At 3:00 I than had a case management session with Piper talking about any days that I might need off during the holidays. I then went to the conference room so as to blog while waiting for my ride to go home.
