Painting a snowflake
My Wednesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to stretch. After doing so, I then preceded with my weight exercises both upper and lower today. At 5:45 I had completed my workout thus shaving then taking my shower. Once I was ready, I had gone into the kitchen at 6:10 so as to eat my fruit before having a bowl of cream of wheat with a piece of toast. At 6:40 I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then cleaned my bathroom before putting my clean laundry away. I then grabbed my knapsack and lunch and meet United Wheelchair at the door. I had arrived at WestSide at 8:45 a.m. Upon doing so I had put my things into my locker before sitting downstairs in the kitchen so as to wait for my first therapy. It is more quiet downstairs in the kitchen then in the lobby where the rest of the other clients sit to wait. I then made my way over to the gym which happens to be next door to the kitchen. Daniel first had me on the Nu Step for twenty minutes. After going a mile, I then went on the olyptical for eight minutes. At 9:55 I then sat in the gym waiting for Michelle. She and I then met at 10:00. We had spoke about the division of the blind. We then did some brain games thus working on my memory improvement. At 11:00 I then went to the conference room for Brain Injury Education Group. Today we played apples to apples with Laura and Michelle. At 12:00 I then went down stairs to eat my lunch before taking a shower. At 1:00 I then made a Christmas card With Chris and jess during artsy artisans group. At 2:00 I then worked on editing my book during my rehab session with Kassandra. At 3:00 I then went to the arts and crafts for Holiday Decorating. Today Michelle and Brenda had us decorating our snow flakes we had made out of popcycle sticks. At 4:00 Pete had taken me home. I had arrived home at 5:15 thus getting comfy before having a bowl of pea soup. I then pulled up my blog and began to type of my day.
