Signing releases

Sunday December 4, 2016 My Sunday morning began at 8:00 a.m. by watching mass on television. I then took my shower before going into the kitchen so as to eat breakfast. Once I had finished eating I had brushed my teeth. My mother then dropped me off at my grandmothers on her way to church. At 10:10 my grandmother and I played a couple of games of cribbage before my mother arrived with communion. I had arrived home at 12:10. I then preceded to do some holiday things. I then put some laundry away. At 2:30 I then lied down to rest. I had slept until 4:40 before getting up. Once I had taken a shower, I had gone into the kitchen so as to eat. I then called United Wheelchair to see what time I would be picked up tomorrow. I then called it a day. Monday December 5 2016 My Monday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to stretch. I then preceded with my weight exercises first upper then lower. At 5:50 I had shaved before taking my shower. Once I was ready I had gone into the kitchen at 6:45 so as to drink my hot cocoa while eating some fruit. I then had a bowl of hot cereal with a piece of toast. I then brushed my teeth before grabbing my things and out the door I went at 8:15. Bruce had me at the doorstep of WestSide at 9:50. Once I had my things in my locker, I then made my way into the gym for my session with Daniel. Today we had our appointment with Rick from Hanger orthotics so as to fit my right foot with an orthotic so that I will be able to run again. The way Rick measured my foot was by stepping into some foam. It was pretty neat the way it was done. After doing so, I then jumped onto the olyptical for ten minutes. After I had gone .50 miles I then did two sets of exercises. At 11:00 I then worked on my book with Carol. At 12:00 I then went to the dining area so as to eat my lunch before taking a shower. At 1:00 I then had a rehab session with Piper. Piper first had me doing some case management things by signing a release form to give her permission to speak to my Doctor Doctor Sealy. We then continued to edit my book. At 2:00 I then went to the conference room for cog skills group. Today Michelle had us playing scatagories. At 3:00 Piper and I met for case management. My father then took me home. I had arrived home at 4:00. Once I had my blog typed up, I had eaten dinner. What a day.
