Outing with Bay Side
My Wednesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to do my back stretches. I then preceded with my normal stretching routine. Once it was completed at 5:32 I then did my weight exercises. Once I had completed my workout, I then shaved at 5:37 before taking my shower. Once I was ready, I then went into the kitchen at 6:15 to eat some fruit before having a bowl of hot cereal and a piece of toast. At 6:40 I then brushed my teeth before United Wheelchair had arrived at 6:50 to bring me to WestSide. Ron had me there at 8:15. I then sat in the lobby to wait to leave for Portland for an event with Bay Side. I rode down with Jessica and two other clients while the three others rode down with Tobie. We had arrived at Spare Time Recreation in Portland at 10:30. I started to bowl with others, While doing so the atmosphere soon became to noisy for me to handle. My vision became blurry and I soon had a headache. The last thing I wanted to do was have a seizure. I then Told Tobie and she then helped me to a quieter area and got me a cup of ice water. I then waited for everyone to finish bowling. My vision soon cleared right before leaving the bowling ally at 11:43. We arrived at Bay Side at 12:00 noon. We had gone inside so as to eat some lunch. On the menue today was Taco's along with the Brownies I had made with Laura the other day. Once we had finished eating we had gone into another room to play Bingo. I had won one of the games and brought home a 2017 calendar for next year. At 2:14 we had left Bay Side. We had arrived back at West Side at at 4:00 p.m. Pete from United then took me home. I had arrived home at 5:00 thus taking a shower before having a bite to eat. I then pulled up my blog and began to type before calling it a day.
