Stepping over cones

My Tuesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to stretch. Once I had finished my routine, I then grabbed my weights and began to workout. At 5:30 I had shaved before taking my shower. At 6:00 I had gone into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit while drinking my cocoa. I then had a bowl of hot cereal with a toasted muffin. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then grabbed my lunch and knapsack thus meeting Bruce at the door. Upon my arrival to WestSide at 9:00 I had put my things into my locker before meeting with counseling. Once I had finished talking, I had made my way downstairs to the gym, where I met Dan for my P.T. session. I had started right off running on the treadmill. I had done so three times for five to eight minutes before running out of breath. Dan then took me out into the hallway so as to work on my balance as I stepped up onto a 2by4 and down again. I then walked side to side on the 2by4. Dan the had me stepping over and around cones. At 11:00 I had made my way back upstairs to the arts and crafts room so as to finish The ski guy we were each making in expressive arts. At 12:00 I then made my way to the dining area to eat my lunch. I had caught Piper my case manager in the hall to ask her about a paper on my way there. Once I had finished eating I had taken a shower before joining Literature group. Laura had us reading two chapters, thus answering the questions to the first chapter we had read at WestSide. She then gave us the questions to answer over the week. At 2:00 I then left for home due to a staff Christmas party. I had arrived home at 3:00. I had gone strait to my bedroom so as to answer the questions before eating my dinner. I then typed my blog before getting comfortable for the night.
