Completing my homemade mancola game during my rehabsession with Jamie
My Thursday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by making my bed. After doing so, I had then began my morning workout. I first loosened my body by ingaging in my stroke recovery stretching. At 5:53 I then began to do my back stretches. I so until 6:08 before starting in with my upper body weight routine. Once I had completed my morning workout, I then shaved before taking a shower, thus getting myself ready for the day ahead. At 6:30 I then went into the main camp so as to east some fruit with fruit dip. I then had a bowl of cereal with my half toasted bagel. Once I had finished eating, I had returned to my camp at 7:00 so as to brush my teeth. I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in some air. I then sat down to fill my empty pill containers for the upcoming week. At 7:50 I then made my move in words with friends while waiting for United Wheelchair to arrived. April the driver had arrived a little behind schedule picking me up, due to a cattle crossing. Go figure. I finally arrived at WestSide at by 10:15. I was fifteen minutes late for my first session. Kala and I then got busy. We continued to edit the chapters in the book I have written and continue to add to here and there along the journey I travel. This week I will be thinking back and trying to recall the symptoms that I experienced while have my last stroke, so as to include them into the book. At 11:00 during my rehab session with Jamie, She and I finished up my homemade mancola game before trying it out. I then began to teach Jamie how to play cribbage. At 12:00 I had gone to the lobby to meet my United Wheelchair Driver. I had arrived at camp at 1:23. I had gone strait into the main camp so as to eat my lunch. I then wan into my camp at 1:40 took a shower to cool down on this 90 plus degree day before laying down. I then slept from 2:00-4:00 before waking. Once I was up, I then went for a swim. I was in the water for thirty minutes before returning to my camp so as to change into some dry clothing. I then pulled up my blog and began to type of my day before eating dinner.
